With the February 20th trade deadline come and gone, it’s apparent that Joe Dumars and the Pistons are currently satisfied with the men on the court. No moves were made by the Pistons, following a slew of rumors that put three players, including starting forward Greg Monroe, in trade talks. But, 3:00 pm has come and gone, and Auburn Hills remains silent on the trade front. Detroit, who are coming off of the losing end home-and-home sweep by the Charlotte Bobcats (who traded for Gary Neal and Luke Ridnour, formerly of Milwaukee, to boaster their backcourt), and now the losers of three straight, will have a tough road ahead of them as they play 3 straight home games against current playoff teams (Atlanta, Dallas, and Golden State) before they close out February against the Western Conference’s 2nd place San Antonio Spurs.
